Woven Mesh Industrial FabricsMinneapolis, MN – Industrial Netting announces the addition of woven mesh industrial textiles to its product offering. These woven fabrics offer finer openings than traditional extruded nets and expand material choices available to customers.

Woven mesh fabrics are available in a broad variety of monofilament synthetic fibers or yarns, including nylon, polypropylene, and polyester. Weft or filling threads run across the width of the fabric at tight angles to the warp (machine direction yarn) to create square mesh openings.

Industrial Netting not only provides you with the netting that you need, but also the proper accessories to make installation a whole lot easier. The accessories that we provide are Polyclips, Cable Ties, Installation tools, EZ Clips, and Black Nylon Twine.

Polyclips

This accessory is commonly used for pest control netting in order to make installation of the net simple and easy. All you have to do is fold over and snap the Polyclip to form an “instant grommet”. There are no tools required for this! They are made from UV resistant polypropylene resin and designed to capture multiple strands of net at a time.

Cable Ties

Made from black UV stabilized nylon resin to provide for extended service life. They come in three different sizes which are 7-inch Light Duty ties, 14-inch Standard Duty ties, and 24-inch Heavy Duty ties. Choose the tie you would like based on the amount of strength that is needed.

Installation Tool

This tool is simply to make tightening each cable tie easier. It is made out of steel construction for maximum service life, it is suitable for all cable tie lengths and tensile strengths, and it cuts flush at the cable head.

EZ Clips

EZ Clips make netting installation easier with just one snap! They are molded PVC clips that can be folded over two or more strands of netting and simply snapped into place. EZ Clips are a fast and simple way to secure netting that is wrapped around wires and posts.

Black Nylon Twine

This UV stabilized black nylon twine makes it easier to sew two pieces of net together for wider coverage and maximum service life. It can be applied by overlapping the edges of net and weaving the coated twine through the hole openings.

All of these accessories are extremely reliable and can be ensured to make the installation of your netting quicker and easier.
